Wednesday Workout

Today was a running day.

Miles: 11.01

Time: 1:34:06

Average pace: 8:32 min/mi

Average speed: 7.02 mi/h

Calories burned: 1271

I normally try and run 11 miles on my running days but I felt like I was going to pass out on Monday after 4.  I think my body is better adjusted to the juicing now and I got energy from the caffeine from the green tea so that helped me do a normal workout.  Wooter!
