Thursday Juicing

When I got home I made this juice for stamina that I got from the “Juicing Vegetables” Facebook page (


  • 4 carrots
  • 2 bok choy
  • 1/2 a cucumber

I actually had to pour the carrots and bok choy into a larger cup and then juice the cucumber and mix it in.  It took me awhile to get down too.  Not the greatest but juicing is always about what tastes the sweetest (it’s about the nutritional value).

After a few hours of TV watching I was super and almost didn’t juice anything before I went to bed so I just simply juiced half a cucumber I had from a previous juice and apple called it a night.
